Your First Order!

No. Dry Clean service can only be scheduled when accompanied by one of the FOLDS memberships or By Request Laundry plan. Dry Clean request will not be accepted as an individual order.

Sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service, Regular or Big Bag. We also offer one-time service. Use our service as long as needed - no contract required.

We'll deliver your official FOLDS laundry bags to use.

Once you have the bags - one for wash & fold items and, if you choose, one for dry cleaning - load your dirty laundry (stuff it full, there's no weight limit) and it's good to go. Just leave the bags in the pre-arranged spot on your scheduled pickup day. A FOLDS Rep will take it from there.

You can expect your laundry to be returned within 2 days after we pick it up. Dry cleaning will be returned within 72 hours of pick up.
You can add as many items you like, as long as the FOLDS laundry bag can drawstring close. If you find that you have more items than can fit into your bag, you can either upgrade your membership by selecting the ``BIG BAG`` or select additional ``Regular Bags``. Because FOLDS provides wash & fold service at the flat rate, additional loose clothing ( that does not fit in your bag) will be charged at the ``Regular Bag`` rate.
We bill your credit or debit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also recieve invoice totals by text.
Of Course. we have several ways to get Started in living your Laundry free life. You can either download our app, email (info@foldsdelivers), text, or call us directly to schedule services
We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage, or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather. If a hurricane or blizzard is coming, we'll contact you and make alternate plans.
We've put in place email and text remainder tools to help make sure you don't forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out we do reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover cost.
Welcome kits consists of either one orange ``regular bag`` or one ``Big Bag``, one black dry clean bag ( if applicable), command door hanger, and a welcome card.
No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at the front/back door, garage, or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that's protected from the elements.
There are no pickup or delivery fees.

Student Laundry

We pickup your Wash & Fold laundry at your doorstep (or designated campus site) and drop it back off in 48 hours. In between, we take extra special care of it.
Of course! We're open to all students (not to mention faculty, staff, and alumni in our service area) at universities and colleges we serve, regardless of whether you live on or off campus. You don't even need to be a student at all. Anyone interested in a pickup/drop-off laundry service can participate.
You can start using FOLDS anytime. We operate year-round: for colleges and universities, we follow the academic calendar and offer services during the spring, fall, and summer sessions. We do not normally have campus service during major holidays and breaks (such as Spring Break and Easter) or when there are less than four days of classes in a week, unless otherwise requested.

Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold

Yes.. Here at FOLDS we love options. You can choose from 5 top brand detergents ( All, Gain, All Free & Clear, Tide, and ECOS), 2 softeners ( Downy & Fabuloso) and 2 dryer sheets (Bounce & Gain). Please include your selections within the ``Note Section`` when scheduling service.
No. We wanted to keep the pricing simple. You choose you bag ( Regular or Big) and the plan that suits your needs. Just stuff your bag full and close the drawstring. No need to weigh anything. The Plan price is inclusive of everything you can fit in the bag.
Sure. Just log into your account and update your Laundry Preferences by adding a note for your special instructions such as ``folding or laundry ``. Our employees check your personal laundry profile for any changes every time they process your laundry.
Absolutely Not. Your laundry is personal and we keep it that way. We Wash, Dry, and Fold all your clothes separately.
Nope. We got this. No need for you to sort, we will separate all you laundry into lights and darks.
We pride ourselves on our high quality care and products and use are measure to any problems. There is normal wear when clothes are washed. In the highly unlikely event that your laundry is damaged or lost while in our possession, please notify customer service within 24 hours of laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it's dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.
Yup, sure do! We fold them too! We even shrink wrap you clothing into a neat package and return them back to you in the AWESOME FOLDS laundry bag.. ( lucky you!!!)
